Wine : Taste • Purchase and Refund Policy and Procedure

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express in U.S. Dollars.

We offer a refund for merchandise purchased that is returned in re-sellable condition. Defective items or items damaged in the course of shipping are refundable upon their return and inspection.

Request for refunds or claims for defective or damaged merchandise shall be submitted within 14 days of the date of purchase, or from when the shipped item was delivered. You may contact us by phone or email to initiate the return:

Wine : Taste • Delivery Standards

It is our objective to ship your order within two business days of the receipt of order. In the event that items are not in stock, it is our goal to contact you within that same time frame to offer positive alternatives if your selection is time sensitive – such as for gifts.

We ship within the United States via UPS (wine, etc.) and USPS (non-wine, etc.), and all shipments are insured for their value. UPS requires a physical address; at this point in time they do not deliver to P.O. boxes. For shipments including wine, at the time of delivery UPS will request and require valid photo U.S. or State Government issued identification establishing that the signer is 21 years or older.

Wine shipments will be verified in order to comply with state laws since at this point in time, not all states allow the delivery of wine.

The sale of wine is restricted to minors. At checkout, customers purchasing wine will be required to verify their age by checking a box stating they are 21 years or older.

We take your privacy very seriously at Wine Taste. We do not sell nor share any personal data collected with any outside agency or organization other than as necessary to complete your business transactions (such as credit card processing or shipping address). We do not store any credit card data in any form on our website. Such data is discarded immediately following the completion of the credit card transaction.

We may at times send you information about sales, specials, or other events. You may opt out of such contact by replying and requesting removal from our mailing list.

We retain account information such as email address, name, and address on our system to make your shopping and ordering experience faster and more convenient. Such information can be removed from our system by sending us a written request to our store address.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
